| KALI NATHA YOGA | ||||||||||||||||||
|
This day be like the sages searching for your heart with the wisdom of love From the lineage of Ma Jaya Sati Bhagavati this ancient practice combines asanas, mudras, matra, pranayama and meditation to bring alive the path of the Divine Mother Kali Natha Yoga is the yoga of going beyond ones limitations. This not only includes the physical but most important it means going beyond our spiritual and emotional limits as well. It is first and foremost yoga of intent. Intent could be translated as the bhakta, the depth of devotion, the desire to go deeper in ones practice or the passion that one lives their life. Kali Natha Yoga at first glance is a flow series. Any other similarity with other practices ends there. In Kali Natha Yoga one learns that through doing these asanas one is practicing moving prayer or puja. This is the yoga of transformation as those areas in your body that hold pockets of darkness are gradually filled with a light of awareness that was not there before. Roughly translated it is the yoga of one who worships the Divine Mother
